When it comes to getting lunch on the go, we’re all looking for the same things: something healthy, easy, and hopefully not too expensive. If there’s a Trader Joe’s on your way, look for one of the five lunch options below. From vegan wraps to grilled chicken, there’s sure to be something you’ll like.

1. Spicy Lentil Wrap

This yummy vegan wrap is packed with protein (14 grams!) and has a spicy tahini dipping sauce that really sets this one apart. You can’t get much more grab-and-go than a wrap. As with many pre-packaged foods, you’ll want to watch your sodium intake on days you choose this for lunch. This meal counts as 31% of your daily intake.

2. Peanut Udon Noodle Salad

While the word “udon” might make you think of soup, this udon dish from Trader Joe’s uses chilled noodles to make a delicious, filling salad with awesome Thai flavors. The combination of chewy, soft noodles and crunchy veggies will have you hooked on this grab-and-go lunch. Keep in mind that this package contains 2.5 servings. It’s also totally vegan!

3. Trader Joe's Pre-cut Mixed Vegetables + A Tub of Hummus or Guacamole

Feeling snacky? Grab some hummus or guac plus pre-cut veggies to go with a sandwich or wrap of your choice and you’ve got a filling, healthy lunch that’ll definitely fuel your next workout.

4. Mediterranean Style Orzo Pasta Salad

If you prefer a lighter lunch, you’ll want to give this one a try. We love that this salad offers more than 12% of your daily fiber, and we’re a little addicted to the golden balsamic dressing and basil pesto that comes with this salad.

5. Grilled Chicken Rice & Veggies Meal

If you’re looking for a no-nonsense lunch, this meal might be perfect for you. Brown rice, grilled chicken, and a medley of veggies (kale and grilled zucchini, yellow squash, bell pepper, and red onions). One thing to watch out for here—it’s a little higher than we’d like to see when it comes to sodium (35% of your daily value).
